Frequently Asked Questions
Members can reserve the Clubhouse during the private booking hours shown in green above. These are your private reservations — bring whoever you'd like. In addition, Open Member Play runs Thursdays 5 PM–midnight — members-only social play, no booking required. Private Member Events are scheduled periodically and announced through the app.
If you'd like to bring guests, feel free to make a private reservation — guests are welcome during any private booking. Guests are not permitted during Open Member Play or Private Member Events, which are members only.
All bookings go through the Ranch Clubhouse app. Drop-in during open member hours needs no booking. If you'd like to make a reservation with other members, the costs and credits can be split equally across all tagged members.
Both membership tiers include $200 in monthly credits. Use them toward private clubhouse rentals, pickleball courts, pro lessons, or recovery sessions. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Once exhausted, all amenities continue at member rates.
Treat this facility as your own — because it is. Clean up after yourself, respect your fellow members, and maintain an elevated standard. Excessive drinking is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct compromises the experience for others.
All applications are personally reviewed. Ranch Clubhouse maintains a curated, invite-only membership — each new member is considered individually, not simply approved. New members are invited on a rolling basis.
Ranch Clubhouse reserves the right to update policies at any time to ensure a positive experience for all members. Members will be notified of any meaningful changes through the app.
